• Serve as WiFi technology expert within SaaS development team
• Provide input on WiFi-related features in SaaS product
• Design and advise on enterprise-grade WiFi network integrations
• Share expertise on WiFi systems in large public spaces
• Collaborate on integrating WiFi management systems (e.g., Aruba Central, Cisco
Meraki)
• Troubleshoot complex WiFi-related issues in SaaS platform
• Develop best practices for WiFi network management via SaaS
• Utilize API capabilities of WiFi management systems
• Write code for WiFi management within SaaS ecosystem
• Conduct audits of WiFi integrations in SaaS platform
• Stay current with WiFi standards and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex WiFi requirements
• Create technical documentation for customer onboarding and API integration
• Assist in customer onboarding and API integration challenges
• Provide expert technical support on WiFi-related issues
• Assist cybersecurity research in WiFi-related anomalies detection

Yêu cầu công việc

• English fluent
•Expert knowledge of WiFi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and protocols
• Experience with enterprise WiFi management systems (Aruba Central, Cisco
Meraki)
• Strong understanding of network security principles
• Proficiency in API and network automation (Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS)
• Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools
• Understanding of cloud networking and SaaS architectures
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Knowledge of WiFi security threats and attack vectors
• Proven track record managing large-scale WiFi deployments in public spaces
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills• Experience in software development, preferably SaaS
• Ability to write clear technical documentation
• Experience providing technical support for complex networks
• Relevant industry certifications (Aruba, Cisco, Meraki)
• Experience in network traffic analysis and anomaly detection
• Ability to develop algorithms for detecting suspicious WiFi activities
• Skills in analyzing network traffic patterns for malicious behavior
• Expertise in defining criteria for flagging anomalous WiFi activities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in fast-paced technology or startup environment
• Knowledge of emerging WiFi technologies (WiFi 6E, 802.11be)
• Familiarity with software-defined networking (SDN)
• Experience with network virtualization technologies
• Previous contribution to network management software or SaaS platforms
• Experience in customer-facing roles or technical consulting
• Background in cybersecurity or network forensics

The role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare information systems. 1. systems management - In collaboration with business partners, oversee upgrades and updates to enhance system performance and security and maintain PACS/AI operational efficiency. - Work with the IT team (both hospital and/or business partners/resellers) to integrate PACS with other health information systems. 2. user support - Work with business partners/resellers to provide end-users with technical support to address issues related to image storage, acquisition and transmission. 3. quality assurance - Monitor and maintain the quality of medical images stored in PACS/AI and ensure compliance with industry standards 4. project management - Leads business partners and contributes to PACS/AI related projects, overseeing system enhancements, upgrades and migrations. - Work with business partners to develop and execute project plans to schedule and budget. 5.Documentation. - Maintain comprehensive documentation on PACS/AI configurations, procedures and user guides. - Ensure documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible to stakeholders. 6. other Communicate with Head Office development, SOL departments and overseas service departments in Japan / other duties as assigned from time to time. Possibility of travel to HCM once or twice a month. Possibility to travel to Japan once every 2 or 3 years.
