- Translate product requirements and relating documents
- Communicate and coordinate work among stakeholders
- Facilitate a comfortable working environment, trust between development team & stakeholders
- Execute product development quality assurance
- Facilitate the practice of Scrum in Development Department
- Handle the other essential processes in the scrum team
- Organize & facilitating events inside Development department
- Other tasks assigning by leader or manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Japanese N2 above or equivalent
- English: communicate level
- Good written and verbal communication in both Japanese and Vietnamese
- Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and committed
- Accountability, punctuality, good teamwork spirit, discipline
- Having a continuous improvement mindset
- Having interested in working process and business development of creative platform
- Experience in IT product development is an advantage

- Salary: From 500 - 800 USD
