We're searching for a Product Manager (PdM) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The PdM will lead our development team in an efficient, productive, and high quality.
Detail:
Collaborate with the Product Planer to define the product strategy and roadmap
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding in product team

Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
- Experience in building product teams
- Product and market mindset
- Experience in working at startups and bringing products to PMF
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business English or Japanese (N2 level)
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience working in multinational companies
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
- Experience in building product teams
- Product and market mindset
- Experience in working at startups and bringing products to PMF
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
