- Lead and Manage the Vietnam Development Team: Oversee a team of 5 developers (both frontend and backend) to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven Experience in Python Development: 5+ years of experience as a Python developer, with a strong background in backend development and cloud-native applications.
- Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team of developers, with the ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Full-Stack Experience: Ability to work across the stack using technologies like React (frontend) and Python (backend), with experience in designing and implementing REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Expect Agile Scrum and PMP
