- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business owners to understand organizational and operational challenges and needs. Take the responsibility for the whole process of identifying, prioritizing, and engaging stakeholders throughout the product development.
- Requirements Management: Work closely with product owners to elicit, analyze and document the requirements in efficient and trackable structure, the outputs includes but not limited to Feature list, Mockup, BRD, SRS, User Story, flow and UML diagrams. Interact with diverse teams and groups to create system solutions based on the requirements identified, create change management proposals, and work towards achieving the project goals. Involve product quality assurance by conducting happy flow verification before product go-live.
- Project Management: Guide the IT Project team from initiation to completion, overseeing its planning, organization, management, execution and delivery. Ensure projects move forward smoothly and get delivered on time while meeting quality standards and budget constraints by defining project scope, delegating tasks to project members effectively, directing the team to achieve the common goals, managing resources, monitoring progress and reporting to stakeholders about project status.
- Operation Support: Provide ongoing support for business-as-usual activities, including monitoring and resolving data-related issues, ensuring that all processes run properly. Support ad hoc reporting requests by generating and analyzing reports based on specific business needs and requirements.

- Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- Having National/International awards, direct admission, other scholarships, etc. is highly preferred
- Give priority to candidates who graduated from High school for gifted school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or Project Management.
- Mockup creation: You should have experience in creating mockups that accurately reflect our clients' needs and preferences
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master role.
- Proficiency in English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Vision, Visual Paradigm, ..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes.
- Experience in using Jira and Confluence for managing requirements and projects.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Experience in Navigation/GPS/Mapping systems is an advantage.
- Experience in IT solutions and products companies is an advantage.
