• The Helpdesk Support role will primarily focus on supporting the MS Teams
rollout as part of the Microsoft 365 global migration project.

• Act as the initial point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
• Track reported issues and communicate status updates to the project team.
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing reported issues.
• Analyze user-provided information to determine the best solution in collaboration with
the project team.
• Guide users through the problem-solving process.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the project team for further assistance.
必須な経験・スキル Must have
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and MS Teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within the team and with project
stakeholders.
• Ability to organize, evaluate, and manage task priorities and issues.
• Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or IT support technician.
• Excellent task management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Fluent Japanese communication (Native or N1 level) for interactions with business
users.
• Business-level English communication skills for interaction with the project team.
• Customer-oriented approach to technical support.
望ましい経験・スキル Nice to have
• Microsoft 365 Certification.
• Experience in Windows client support.
• Previous experience in Helpdesk Support.
