JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directly participate in the development, implementation and execution of banking/finance software projects;
- Monitor and assign tasks to the team members based on the projects’ requirements;
- Be responsible for a training plan to boost the members’ capacities;
- Coordinate to solve other projects’ technical issues in the company;
- Discuss and collaborate with relevant departments to make sure the development procedures and project quality are followed.

- Education background: University degree or above;
- At least 6 months experience at PM position or Scrum Master;
- Having experience in developing products or outsourcing projects, especially experience in Banking/Finance project is a plus;
- Project management certification (such as PMI, PMP) is preferred;
- Good English communication skills to work directly with foreign clients.
