- Have an excellent overview of the business and are up-to-date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition;
- Approach the potential overseas markets by doing market analysis, building up business relationships with clients or third-party collaborations;
- Managing organizational sales by developing a long-term/short-term business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls;
- Be responsible to issue the department goals and action plan together with the team.
- Cooperate working with technical team to introduce company products and services to our customers;
- Take in charge of customers/orders and providing the necessary information about company products in term of type of product, price (Sale quotation), delivery time, term & conditions in due time;
- Actively participate in the exhibitions, events and seminars in order to broaden the channels for business development and ensure a full exposure to the targeted clients.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople;
- Others are assigned by the CEO.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in technical/business administration or related fields;
- Sales experience in software solution/ IT business development with more than 5 years;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management position;
- Experience in IT Outsourcing field is a plus;
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written;
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills;
- Good interpersonal and service minded and great team player;
- Be able to travel aboard (if required);
- You are a highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push your own limits;
- Able to work with “Can-Do” spirit.
