- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
- Maintain a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships

- Previous working experience as an Outreach and Partnerships Manager for 3 years
- Experience in cooperation and taking care of key accounts is a large international solution provider/product company, company size of key accounts > 1000 employees
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent strategic partners, strategy development and contract negotiation skills
- Excellent in proposal writing, proposal management process
- Have strong business acumen, well-connected with C-level
- Must be fluent in English, other foreign languages are prefered
- Willing to travel abroad for business
- Experience in cooperation and taking care of key accounts is a large international solution provider/product company, company size of key accounts > 1000 employees
