• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end solutions using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Work with databases, particularly Postgre, to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Work with delivery teams to achieve success through development using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our development processes.

Must-have
• A bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Over 5 years of proven experience as a Back-End Developer,
• At least 3 years’ experience with Java frameworks (including Spring Boot).
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, particularly AWS.
• Hands-on experience in Containers (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker) and FaaS (AWS Lambda) technologies.
• Proficiency in database management, specifically with Postgre.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Hands-on experience with creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments.
• Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code.
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-have
• Experience with banking/finance domain
• Experience with Camunda
• Strong DevOps and CI/CD skillset
