• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non- functional requirements for digital banking solutions.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders (Retail, SME, Corporate, Wealth segments) to understand business goals and map current vs. future processes.
• Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Designers to align business intent with solution design and technical feasibility.
• Support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Perform gap analysis between existing systems and proposed Backbase functionalities.
• Participate in UAT and ensure solutions meet defined success criteria.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through delivery and testing.

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in banking or fintech.
• Experience with Backbase Digital Banking Platform or similar digital banking technologies.
• Deep understanding of retail or corporate banking processes (onboarding, payments, loans, etc.).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA is an advantage
