Support SIT, UAT, issue investigation, and production deployment activities.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
At least 1 year of experience working on Finance/Banking projects.
Hands-on experience in Mobile Application projects.
Strong experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Excellent documentation skills with proven experience in writing BRD and SRS.
Hands-on experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, particularly Business Units.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Figma, Draw.io, Visio, and basic SQL is an advantage.
