➢ Build, customize, and integrate AI-based solutions (e.g., chatbots, automation tools) using Kore.ai, LLMs, Agentforce, Salesforce.com, Wix Studio, and other latest technology platforms
➢ Engage directly with Japanese clients to understand technical requirements and business challenges
➢ Support the development of cloud-based AI systems using AWS / GCP / Azure
➢ Collaborate with international teams and engineers to ensure successful delivery and system integration
➢ Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve system functionality

➢ MindBank is an international environment (internal communication in ENG, client communication in JPN), so we require bilinguals with Business-level fluency in Japanese and English
➢ Programming experience with JavaScript, and some sort of Object-Oriented Programming language (OOP)
➢ Basic understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
➢ Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or systems integration
➢ Strong communication skills and a willingness to work directly with clients
➢ Self-starter mindset — someone who learns fast and is excited to grow technically
◼ Nice-to-haves:
➢ Experience with Saleforce.com platforms, such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flow, Prompt Builder, etc.
➢ Experience with the Salesforce.com coding language, Apex
➢ Experience with MuleSoft is very nice to have
➢ Experience with REST APIs or integration platforms (iPaaS tools like Zapier or Make)
➢ Exposure to AI/ML concepts, such as fine-tuning, RAG, or prompt design
➢ Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and system integrations
➢ Experience with various AI-related platforms, such as OpenAI, Claude, etc.
➢ Previous experience in a client-facing engineering or consulting role
➢ Interest in working in an Agile environment!
