Develop and maintain web/backend applications using .NET (C#), ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design, front-end, and QA teams to build seamless and intuitive features.
Optimize system performance, handle security, and ensure compatibility across different deployment environments.
Participate in requirements analysis, propose suitable technical solutions and system architecture.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentoring support to junior members when applicable.
Take part in the Agile/Scrum development process (if applied).

- Có kinh nghiệm với IdentityServer4 / OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
- Hiểu rõ JWT, refresh token, token validation, Redis cache, RabbitMQ, Docker
- Kinh nghiệm dùng JSONB/JSON functions để xử lý dữ liệu phi cấu trú
- Hiểu và sử dụng được (Agile/Scrum, Jira/Confluence)."
