Position Overview:
We seek a skilled Senior Mobile Developer with Flutter expertise and a strong UI design sense to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing high-quality, performant mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter. This role involves leading the mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and build advanced applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Mentor junior developers and lead code review sessions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in mobile technology and Flutter development.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience in mobile application development with a focus on Flutter.
Proficiency in Dart and a deep understanding of Flutter's architecture and ecosystem.
Experience with iOS and Android platforms, understanding platform-specific design patterns and interface guidelines.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
Knowledge of modern mobile development frameworks and tools, including experience with a state management framework. Experience with Bloc is considered a significant plus.
Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and interface guidelines.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 4 years focusing on Flutter.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications.
Experience in leading mobile projects or mentoring team members is preferred.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
