• Develop APIs to support the app’s features (e.g., QR code validation, point tracking, rewards redemption).
• Create and manage the rewards catalog console for administrators.
• Ensure seamless integration between the mobile app and backend services.
• Optimize the backend for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with the mobile app developer to ensure end-to-end functionality.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with cloud-based backend services and databases.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills using English.
