• Install, configure, and maintain the hardware and software components of the Piaggio Vietnam (PVN) network, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, workstations, printers, scanners, etc.
• Monitor the performance and security of the PVN network, troubleshoot any issues, and implement backup and recovery plans
• Respond to the requests and inquiries of the PVN users, provide technical assistance and guidance, and resolve any problems related to the PVN network and applications
• Document the PVN network configuration, policies, procedures, and best practices, and update them regularly
• Support APAC sites on ICT solutions/services (with team)
• Provide technical support/ advice to other departments
• Receive and acknowledge the incident reports from the ICT Piaggio Group regarding any IT issues or disruptions that affect the business operations or customer satisfaction. Investigate and diagnose the root causes
• Implement or coordinate the implementation of the appropriate solutions or workarounds to resolve the incidents as quickly as possible, following the incident management process and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology
• Good knowledge about network admin, system admin, project management, budgetary management
• Good knowledge about: Cisco network devices configuration; IBM servers’ configuration and monitoring; Virtual farm configuration and monitoring; Microsoft services configuration and operation
• Problem-solving, proactive and English communication required
