### Project Description
Develop and deploy a custom API endpoint to generate LLM (Large Language Model) results for a ToC (Text-to-Chatbot) application. The project involves integration with Azure OpenAI's Chat Completion API and optimizing the infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

### Development Environment
- Backend: Python, FastAPI, Docker
- GCP: CloudRun, CloudBuild, GCR, GCS(Manage Terraform status), Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring
- CI/CD: Terraform, CloudBuild
- Azure OpenAI API: Chat completion API

### Essential Skills
- Strong expertise in Docker and containerization.
- In-depth knowledge of GCP services, including CloudRun, CloudBuild, GCR, and GCS.
- Proficiency in Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring for GCP.
- Experience in managing infrastructure as code using Terraform.

### Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, particularly using CloudBuild.
- Experience in secure network configuration on GCP.
- Previous work on API development for chatbot applications.
- Ability to create scalable solutions on CloudRun, including automatic scaling under heavy API requests.

- Design and implement a robust infrastructure for the LLM API endpoint on CloudRun considering performance and reliability.
- Manage and optimize GCP services including CloudRun, CloudBuild, GCR, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring for production usage.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and CloudBuild.
- Ensure secure and scalable network configurations within the GCP environment.
