### Project Description
Develop and deploy a custom API endpoint to generate LLM (Large Language Model) results for a ToC (Text-to-Chatbot) application. The project involves integration with Azure OpenAI's Chat Completion API and optimizing the infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

### Development Environment
- Utilize Azure OpenAI API with a focus on Chat completions.
- Collaborate in a Python-based environment.

### Essential Skills
- Deep understanding of Azure OpenAI's Chat Completion API.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong capability in managing and optimizing API usage considering Azure OpenAI's rate limits.

### Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with LangChain for prompt optimization (largely handled by other engineers).
- Experience in API request handling and optimization.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Ensure efficient and effective use of Azure OpenAI API, considering rate limits and other constraints. (request balancing with multiple regions could be required)
- Develop and maintain the custom API endpoint, collaborating with the team for prompt optimization.
- Manage API usage to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Handle and optimize API request strategies to navigate Azure OpenAI's rate limits effectively.
