Responsibilities:
1.GIS Database Development:
oUtilize extensive experience in ArcGIS software to develop and maintain GIS databases with a focus on ArcEditor data creation/editing tools and adherence to snapping tolerances.
2.Customer Interaction and Marketing:
oDemonstrate advanced skills in customer interaction, marketing, and basic sales work related to GIS solutions.
oCollaborate effectively with clients to understand GIS needs, propose solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Initiative and Process Improvement:
oProactively identify opportunities to add value to GIS processes.
oTake the initiative to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and identify new business opportunities within GIS.
4.Data Analysis and Reporting:
oLeverage an excellent working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data exports, for in-depth data analysis and reporting.
oProvide actionable insights based on GIS data analysis to support decision-making processes.
5.Continuous Improvement:
oContinuously evaluate and improve GIS methodologies, tools, and processes.
oContribute to the development and implementation of best practices in GIS analysis.
6.English Communication:
oCommunicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
oPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations in English to convey GIS findings and recommendations.
7.Collaboration and Teamwork:
oCollaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS solutions into broader business processes.
oWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure GIS solutions align with business objectives.
8.Documentation:
oDocument GIS workflows, processes, and methodologies for knowledge transfer and future reference.
oCreate clear and concise documentation for GIS projects.

1.Proven experience as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst with 5-10 years of experience.
2.Proficient in ArcGIS software, with a focus on ArcEditor tools and snapping tolerances.
3.Strong customer interaction, marketing, and basic sales skills.
4.Demonstrated ability to add value, improve processes, and identify business opportunities.
5.Excellent working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data exports.
6.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
7.Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from GIS data.
8.Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field.
