• Onsite allowance 100k/day, Receive 100% salary from the first month
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and 2+ years with ReactJS / NextJS
• 3+ years of developer management experience. Where those developers used React with at least 2 developers having reported to you, ideally, you'd have managed a larger team though or multiple JS focused teams.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
• Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS / NextJS
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Improve Google Page Speed Insights Score for websites
• Using and working in team environments that use agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean)"
