Senior Application Engineer is responsible for supporting system deployment, incident recovery, application permanence fix for local applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and contributing towards the continuous improvement of the application systems. The scope of work includes working with internal team and external partners to ensure successful application implementation, system recovery, bug fixing in timely manner. • Involve and work with relevant parties to lead the software design for changing or building new application. • Monitor and maintain the availability and performance, issue, of applications in line with agreed service levels (SLAs) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development, infrastructure, architecture, etc. to enhance application systems and processes. • Participate in project reviews and evaluations, ensuring alignment of technology investments with the Enterprise Architecture Framework and the bank’s strategic directions • Monitor progress against project plans and identify areas for improvement. • Develop small application, tool to support operation improvement.
