Key responsibilities: coordinate to develop new products/system of ACT (related to Blockchain and crypto currency), as following:

Product Conceptualization:
Meet and coordinate with internal and external members to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.

Architecture Design & Prototype:
Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with BOD for review and approval.
Designing new computer systems and frameworks, producing specifications for new or modified systems
Contribute to overall architecture and infrastructure, especially as it relates to availability, scalability, security, performance, etc.
Risk mitigation planning

Development & Testing:
Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
Collaborating with Project Manager and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process

Deployment:
Creating system guidelines and manuals for the product, provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas

Maintenance & Support:
Maintain, and troubleshoot technical issues of product/system, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases.
Upgrading existing systems to meet the business and user needs as required.

Other tasks are assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and experiences:

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in IT or other technical discipline, prefer graduates of University of Science and Technology.
Solutions Architecture Systems Analysis or UML Design Certification

Experiences:
System Analysis and Design (2 to 6) years experience.
Acted as a Systems Analyst in at least 2 major IT projects involving development of restful web service.
SDLC/ UML/ AWS/ AZURE.
Mobile Development Experience an advantage
Restful Web services architectures and patterns
Business process analysis and translation into technical solutions
Strong understanding of payments/loyalty/coupons/voucher processing
Payment, digital assets exchange or Financial Services experience
Previous java development experience an advantage.

Key skills:
Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems, especially related to crypto currency and exchange is a plus.
Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail; written and verbal English communication skills is a plus.
