• Lead and support end-to-end requirements analysis for business and technology initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business needs and strategic objectives. • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, scope, and expected outcomes. • Apply strong logical thinking and structured analysis to translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements. • Ensure high-quality documentation, traceability, and requirement governance across the project lifecycle. • Support project delivery through requirements clarification, solution validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, discussions). • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. • Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility. • Create and maintain documentation, including: o Business Requirement Documents (BRD) o Functional Specifications (FSD) o Process flow diagrams o User stories and acceptance criteria • Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives or change requests. • Support solution design discussions, ensuring requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented. • Coordinate and support testing activities (SIT/UAT), including: o Test case preparation o Defect tracking o Validation of delivered solutions • Assist in data analysis and validation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. • Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on requirements status, risks, and changes. • Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation to delivery.
