We are looking for a motivated AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that support and enhance our real estate business operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience delivering AI projects into production environments, familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AWS Bedrock, and the ability to work independently.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI / GenAI solutions to production
• Build AI applications using AWS Bedrock and related AWS services
• Develop or integrate Copilot-based solutions to improve business productivity
• Translate business requirements into practical AI use cases
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and cloud services
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed AI solutions
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards

• 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or AI-focused software development
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AWS Bedrock
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• Understanding of cloud-native and API-based architectures
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, or vector databases
• Exposure to MLOps or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in real estate or enterprise IT environments
