Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend systems
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Work on financial services platforms (banking, payment, lending, trading, etc.)
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Collaborate effectively in a fully remote working environment
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

5+ years of experience in Java development
3+ years of experience in Financial Services domain (Banking, Fintech, Payments, Trading, etc.)
Strong experience with Java 8+
Solid experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
Experience with RESTful APIs & Microservices
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Able to start immediately
