Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer – Data OS to support Data validation and reconciliation activities within a Core Banking Transformation program (Temenos R18 to R25 upgrade). The role focuses on validating data integrity, transformation, migration, and reconciliation across systems in a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement automated data validation frameworks for Data OS and core banking interfaces.
Validate end-to-end data flows across Temenos core banking modules and downstream/upstream systems.
Perform data reconciliation, transformation validation, and migration testing during upgrade cycles.
Develop SQL-based validation scripts and automation utilities for large-volume datasets.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data across environments (SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod).
Support batch validation, interface testing, and reporting layer validation.
Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
Prepare data validation reports and provide sign-off support for release milestones.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in automation-based data testing.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Experience in validating ETL processes, data migration, and reconciliation processes.
Exposure to Core Banking systems (preferably Temenos T24/Transact).
Solid understanding of financial data structures (GL, Accounts, Loans, Payments).
Experience in SIT, UAT, and migration validation within transformation programs.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Preferred Experience
Experience in large-scale Core Banking upgrade programs (R18–R25 preferred).
Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting systems in banking environments.
Understanding of regulatory and financial reporting validation.
