• Define test strategy, scope, and detailed test plans for projects.
• Estimate effort, plan resources, and allocate work within the testing team.
• Oversee test case design, execution, and requirement traceability.
• Lead daily test stand-ups and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Own defect lifecycle: triage, prioritization, and closure with dev/product.
• Prepare and present test status and quality reports to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members on process and technical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–9 years of QA experience including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automation practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
