Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and user stories.
Support testing activities by validating requirements and assisting in UAT.
Communicate effectively across different teams and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

BA with 4-5 yeas+ of experience
English fluently
Good BA skill and communication skill (very important)
BA can work independently and able to manage internal teams as well as stakeholder
Capable of working in multiple project / request from client at the same time (Good time and work management skill)
Familiar with User Story Format
Have knowledge with automation platform (Workato, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
Nice to have
Have knowledge about Supply chain or Pharmacy industry is a plus
