Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for banking products and services.
Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS) in alignment with business goals.
Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.
Prioritize product features and create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications.
Work closely with development teams during the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure solutions are delivered as expected.

+ Experience in a particular banking domain for at least 5 years
+ Understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
+ Understand how to write a BRD/SRS for Banking Products/processes
+ Know-how various systems in banking domain (such as Core, Card, Data, Digital Banking, Payment, etc...) should work
