Develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails.
Conduct thorough testing of features and bug fixes to ensure high code quality.
Review code written by other developers and provide constructive feedback o Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations

At least 5 years of experience working as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
Basic understanding of HTML, ReactJS, and Tailwind CSS
Experience in object-oriented design, common design patterns, and modern development principles like
SOLID and DRY
Experience in designing and building scalable, maintainable backend systems and RESTful APIs
Knowledge of change control systems, specifically Git.
Proficient in containerizing applications with Docker and deploying to cloud environments (familiarity with
GCP and Kubernetes is a plus)
Good communication in English.
