Responsibilities:
· Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
· Execute manual test cases to ensure the quality of the software.
· Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
· Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
· Participate in functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure system quality and performance.

· Experience:
o At least 3 years of experience in Manual Testing.
o Prior experience in testing banking systems is a strong advantage.
· Skills:
o Proficient in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
o Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
o Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent for test management and defect tracking.
o Basic understanding of SQL for database validation is a plus.
o Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Preferred:
o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
o Experience in end-to-end testing of complex systems.
