- Work with External (Tech team & Business team)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with product vision and business goals
- Build and lead a high-performing QC team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing, planning resource & interview, evaluate member's skills
- Monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement of the testing process
- Define strategic, roadmap to ensure overall system based on severity

-8+ years of experience in QA/QC, with 4+ years in a leadership role and a strong understanding of QA Automation
- Proven experience in building, mentoring, and motivating QC teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Experience in defining and implementing QA strategies and processes, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Strong understanding of security testing principles and practices, with hands-on experience in performance testing
- Experience with a variety of testing tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills
