• Conduct regular technical audits of IoT sensors and gateways (NBIoT, LoRaWAN, MQTT, AMQP, REST API)
• Perform onsite technical visits for sensor deployment and troubleshooting
• Monitor and optimize data ingestion performance (<3 seconds latency for 100,000 devices)
• Support bi-directional communication between sensors and platform
• Troubleshoot integration issues with:
o Mendix web and mobile applications
o Unity platform IOC
o IBM Maximo
o Big Data systems
o PowerBI reporting
• Participate in defect triage meetings with partners
• Maintain 99.9% platform availability
• Ensure proper device provisioning and security using X.509 certificates/Symmetric keys
• Conduct periodic data quality checks on sensor data

• 2+ years experience in IoT platforms and sensor integration
• Strong knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, AMQP, REST API)
• Experience with NBIoT and LoRaWAN technologies
• Familiarity with Azure IoT Hub and Device Provisioning Service (DPS)
• Understanding of device modeling and twin concepts
• Experience in troubleshooting complex IoT deployments
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• 2+ years experience in IoT platforms and sensor integration
