Responsibilities:
– Identify potential leads through various channels and networks.
– Manage leads from marketing efforts and work closely with the sales and product teams to achieve sales targets.
– Work directly with clients to clarify requirements, present solutions, and negotiate deals
– Maintain positive relationships with customers throughout and after project completion. Manage cash flow.
– Market Research: Conduct research to explore and expand into new markets.
– Documentation: Prepare contracts and sales-related documents for each project.
– Team Support: Assist the Development Team with customer communications as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
– Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in IT outsourcing or the IT field, with experience in Ecommerce and AI solutions being a plus.
– Bidding Knowledge: Understanding of the global project bidding process.
– Language Skills: Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Attributes: Patient, hard-working, and eager to learn.
