- Develop user-friendly eCommerce systems;
- Participate in agile teams (Scrum) using Java Enterprise (JSP, Tomcat, JPA/Hibernate), Spring Framework (Core, MVC), and Web Services (including SOA);
- Review platform requirements and implement effective solutions;
- Interact with customers and partners, including business analysts, project managers, and developers;
- Prioritize quality and usability in all development tasks;
- Investigate problems, troubleshoot systems, and fix bugs.

- At least 3-4 years of professional experience in Java Developer position;
- Solid experience with Java-based technologies (Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring Framework);
- Strong understanding of OOP principles and hands-on practice with Unit Testing and TDD programming;
- Familiarity with Design Patterns and Web Services: XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON is desirable;
- Experience in Web Layout Design and Development: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, AJAX is a plus;
- Knowledge of eCommerce systems and Hybris SAP/banking is advantageous;
- Eagerness to learn new technologies required for the job;
- English: writing, reading.
