This position plays a pivotal role at the intersection of business analysis and software testing, ensuring that IT solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements while aligning with business objectives. This role requires a versatile skill set encompassing analytical thinking, technical proficiency, and effective communication.

2. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
Proven experience in business analysis and software testing roles, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable test plans.
Proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques, user story creation, and documentation tools.
Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, test automation tools, and defect tracking systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
