• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle for our Smart Workplace solution, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect scalable and robust software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and align with industry best practices.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components of the application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers within the team.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience 5 years in full-stack development with expertise in both front-end (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) technologies.
• English fluent
• Strong understanding of database systems such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and technology.
