Act as Test Manager, the position is responsible for driving all test activities of 1 big software development project.

Yêu cầu công việc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support project manager in leading project.
• Create Test strategy, approaches, and Test plan for internal projects.
• Plan/estimate, monitor, report project testing activities. (SIT, UAT)
• Managing creation and review of test-related artifacts.
• Coordinate to execute test, Monitor test execution and communicating the testing status or escalate issues to management and client representatives.
• Participate in internal UAT.
• Work with team to define project schedule, test plans, select appropriate test approaches, test tool for assigned projects.
• Train/manage testing engineers of project assigned, mentor and provide guidance to testing engineers, responsible for career development plan of team members.
• Other tasks assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/ Experience/ Skills)
Mandatory
• English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• At least 4 years as Test Manager or above in a large foreign financial institution.
• At least 2 years as Project Manager or above in a large foreign financial institution.
• Excellent knowledge of software testing methodology, solid knowledge and experience applying Context Driven Testing is a big plus
• Excellent sense of quality assessment and quality improvement
• Strong presentation and client relation skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-managed and self-motivated skills.

Trong tuần: Từ thứ 2 - thứ 6

Trong ngày: Từ 08:30 giờ - 18:00 giờ
