- round 2: problem solving (with end-client - manager line)

Understand Jira and the Jira ecosystem
Ability to advise clients on business models and operation models → how to organize Jira for all of the client's process activities (understand business and technology)
Good English communication skills (working with stakeholders and partners of a business application, ability to collect information between parties to make reasonable proposals, etc.)
