• Work directly with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and customers to clarify requirements.
• Work independently to develop, configure, code and test programs of varying scope and complexity.
• Present all work in design and code reviews and be able to clearly articulate supporting decisions made and actions taken.
• Support other team members to resolve issues.
• Provide input regarding the technical design of new applications/systems and architectures.
• Contribute to analysis to establish improvements to legacy systems to increase stability and usability.
• Contribute to feasibility analysis for new systems.
• Contribute to the development of plans, provide estimates, identify milestones and raise critical issues such as technical constraints or resource needs and propose alternative solutions.
• Stay up to date on changing business needs for the supported area and the subsequent impact on applications.
• Respond to user issues, including those reported by IT team members.
• Work directly with customers to identify new application requirements and resolve project issues, as appropriate.
• May represent management in customer meetings
• Select appropriate processes or work methods to address technical challenges, consistent with appropriate standards and policies.

At least 3+ YoE as Full Stack Developer/ Web Developer
