SQL Knowledge in general (Not limited to just knowing joins. Need to know how to study query plan and create indexes according to what the queries needs) Ability to minimise cost of SQL queries to the most leanest as possible and have to be fast
GIT is a must. Branching for release, development, hotfix branches Golang. We are using for all of backend service.
Monitoring tools for observability so that bugs and performance issues or errors can be identified and fixed accurately
RESTFUL APΡΙ
Communication and negotiation skills (Can't be a yes man). Discuss improvements however it needs to be constructive
Have good knowledge of how Frontend works and how to work and come up with APIs together with Frontend
