• Design, develop, and implement AI agents to automate business processes
• Integrate AI agents into internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
• Develop conversational agents using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and apply prompt engineering techniques
• Optimize performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements analysis and solution design
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve agent workflows and decision logic
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of architecture, workflows, and implementations
• Stay up to date with and apply current trends, tools, and best practices in AI/ML.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in software development, AI, or automation (motivated graduates with relevant projects are also welcome)
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
• Basic understanding of APIs, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in developing chatbots or automation solutions is a plus.

Phát triển Frontend & Tích hợp Hệ thống: ● Xây dựng giao diện và phát triển tính năng Frontend với React.js / Next.js. ● Tích hợp các API AI/LLM (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) và dịch vụ bên thứ ba (cổng thanh toán, Cloud Services AWS/GCP/Azure) vào sản phẩm. Quản trị Cơ sở dữ liệu & Vận hành: ● Thiết kế, truy vấn và tối ưu hệ thống Cơ sở dữ liệu (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). ● Phân tích log, theo dõi hệ thống, debug, phát hiện và khắc phục sự cố trong quá trình phát triển và vận hành sản phẩm. Phân tích Yêu cầu & Viết Tài liệu: ● Tiếp nhận, phân tích yêu cầu kỹ thuật từ khách hàng/người dùng cuối; tư vấn giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp. ● Trực tiếp viết tài liệu kỹ thuật, thực hiện review code, viết unit test để đảm bảo chất lượng phần mềm theo từng Sprint.
