Lead end-to-end SAP implementation or upgrade projects within one or more functional modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
Configure SAP systems to meet client business needs.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and project teams.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, risk, and scope within budget constraints.
Support post-implementation stabilization and user training.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and system demos to stakeholders and users.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for development and system integration.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in SAP implementation/support in one or more modules: FI, CO, FM, MM, SD, PP, PM.
Deep understanding of business processes and SAP best practices.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience working in full-cycle SAP implementations or large-scale enhancement projects.
Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in relevant modules.
Knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Over 5 years of experience in SAP implementation/support in one or more modules: FI, CO, FM, MM, SD, PP, PM.
