Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
Work with Apache Kafka for building scalable, real-time data streaming systems.
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices.
Participate in system architecture and technical discussions.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.

3+ years of experience in Java development.
Strong experience with Spring Boot (Spring Web, Spring Data, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka – message producers, consumers, stream processing.
Familiar with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.
Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Comfortable with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile/Scrum workflow.
Good English communication skills – able to read documents, join meetings, and discuss technical topics.
