We are seeking an experienced AI Expert with hands-on expertise in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent conversational interfaces that enhance user experience and streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI-driven technologies and a proven track record in building robust chatbots and virtual assistants using Oracle's platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational experiences using Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align ODA solutions with business objectives.
- Configure and integrate ODA with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.) to automate workflows and processes.
- Develop natural language understanding (NLU) models and optimize intent recognition and dialog flows.
- Implement machine learning algorithms to enhance chatbot capabilities and user interactions.
- Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics to improve accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on ODA best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Oracle technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) setup, development, configuration, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
