DX Global Foundation (DXGF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing digital inclusion through research, education, and policy advocacy. As artificial intelligence (AI) and digital services become central to education, healthcare, employment, and governance, vulnerable communities remain at risk of exclusion due to limited access, affordability barriers, lack of digital literacy, and solutions that often do not meet their needs. DXGF works to ensure that underserved groups—including low-income families, seniors, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, and small businesses—have equitable access to digital tools and skills, enabling them to participate in the digital economy and improve their socioeconomic conditions. With a vision of a digitally inclusive “No-Divide” world, DXGF takes an “Anti-Silo” approach to foster interoperability across systems and institutions, embracing the “WIIFM” (What’s In It For Me) mindset—empowering service providers with the right incentives to move from intent to sustained action. DXGF emphasizes the principles, approaches, and technology stack of Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) in its analysis and recommendations. By partnering with governments, UN agencies, development organizations, academic experts, and foundations, DXGF blends human expertise with AI to deliver lasting, inclusive, and sustainable impact for people and the planet.
