Roles & Responsibilities
Definition and execution of criteria for achieving project goals
・プロジェクトの目標達成のクライテリアの定義とその遂行
Demonstrate ownership in the project and provide technical support to achieve timely delivery
・プロジェクトにおいてオーナーシップを発揮し、タイムリーなデリバリ達成のために技術支援
Technical support to architecture decision
・アーキテクチャ策定における技術的な支援
Handle pair programming, code review and 1on1 meeting
・ペアープログラミング、コードレビュー、1on1ミーティングを行う

Compulsory requirements
必須条件
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Python, Java or C# including object-oriented design
・1つ以上のオブジェクト指向デザインを含むモダン言語の開発経験を持つ（例：Go、Python、Java、C＃）
1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) the system
・システムのデザイン（アーキテクチャ、パターンデザイン、信頼性、スケーリング）とアーキテクチャに貢献した経験が1年間以上
Handle aforementioned expected work independently
　・上記想定作業を１人称で対応可能な方
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, DevOps style
　・アジャイルまたはスクラムでの開発経験、DevOpsスタイルでの開発経験
Learn and use the latest AWS
　・AWSの最先端テクノロジーの習得及び活用
Container technology（AWS Fargate, Docker）
　・コンテナ技術（AWS Fargate、Docker）
Linux OS knowledge
　・Linux OSの知見
Command a strong communication capability in Japanese (you can take initiative in conversation and arrangement with customer, do presentation report in front of teammates)
　・コミュニケーション力（お客様との会話・調整を率先して対応できる方、チームメート前に発表報告ができる方）
